Mark Tosti is an artist and former arts lawyer, who has worked since his childhood in a wide variety of media and styles. He is best known for the Circle Picture Project, which consists of almost a thousand final, released images from around the world, created throughout the first quarter of the 21st century. The aim of the Circle Picture Project is to aesthetically use, for the first time, the full range of effects possible within the circular format. The Circle Picture Project is comprised of numerous series, which include: The Ellipses, The Mirror Images, The Floweroids, The Through-Views, various world Cities in the Round; Sculpture Encircled; and Botanica in the Round.
